1 Peter: Humility

Peter closes his letter by reminding suffering believers that the Christian life is not sustained by self-confidence but by humble dependence on God. Humility trusts when God's timing is different than ours, releases worry instead of carrying it alone, stands firm against the enemy, and rests in the confidence that God will finish what He has begun. The pathway to strength is not through pride or control, but through surrender to the mighty hand of God.
