The Book of Acts: When Life's Not Fair

Life isn’t always fair. We face moments of injustice, betrayal, and mistreatment, even when we have done nothing wrong. In Acts 23:12–24:27, we find the apostle Paul in a situation that many of us can relate to—facing injustice despite his innocence. After faithfully preaching the gospel, Paul encounters fierce opposition, including a plot to take his life and a corrupt trial system that delays justice.
This passage shows us that unfairness is a part of life, but it also reminds us of a greater truth: God is always at work behind the scenes, guiding and protecting His people even in the most difficult and unjust circumstances.
